I had an active account with 4rabet, where I deposited ₹1,300. After playing and winning, my balance increased to ₹9,500. On May 5 at around 4:44 PM, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly banned and my withdrawal was blocked. Before the ban, my account verification was initially shown as successful. However, it was later suddenly declined, and this is the only vague reason being given to me. I have not received any clear explanation about what is supposedly wrong with my verification or which rule I allegedly violated. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, they did not provide any proper explanation for the account ban or for stopping my withdrawal. This has left me unable to access my account or use the balance I legitimately had in it. I request that my 4rabet account be unbanned so I can access my account again and use my balance normally. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was banned, why my verification was first approved and then declined, and why my withdrawal was blocked.

I have contacted with them , no clear reason is being given to me. I talked to many people ypu guys do the same . The vauge statement of rule 5 &13 is always given by support team . There is no clear reason yet given for the ban . I know i played fair and did all the procedures, even my adhar access and verification of face still not given any thing. The data was private . You are real frauds . You did same thing with many of your costumers .
