KYC Verification Stuck and Withdrawal of Funds Blocked

I am writing regarding my Rajabets account, where I am currently unable to withdraw my funds because my uploaded documents for KYC verification have been stuck in “waiting” status for several days. My username is BNSS and my account ID is 992***. I have more than 94,777 rupees in my account and I am not being allowed to access this money due to the pending verification. On 28 May I submitted the required KYC documents, which were rejected. On 30 May I resubmitted the documents, including my Aadhaar card and a picture of myself holding my driving licence along with the date of verification submission. Despite uploading everything that was requested, the system still shows my KYC status as “waiting” and there has been no visible progress. I have effectively been facing this problem for about two weeks. I contacted Rajabets customer support and was only told that my request is in a queue, without any clear time frame or proper explanation. As a result, my money remains blocked in the account while I wait indefinitely for verification, even though I have already provided valid documents. I request that my KYC documents be reviewed urgently, my verification completed without further delay, and my withdrawal for the full balance (more than 94,777 rupees) processed as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this prolonged delay despite submitting all the required documents.
