KYC Verification Stuck and Withdrawal Funds Locked

I am writing regarding my Rajabets account, where I am currently unable to withdraw my funds because my KYC verification has been stuck in “waiting” status for several days. I have more than 10,000 rupees in my account and I am not being allowed to access this money due to the pending verification. On 7 June, I submitted the required KYC documents from India, including my Aadhaar card and a picture of myself holding the Aadhaar card along with the date of verification submission. Despite uploading everything requested, the system still shows my KYC status as “waiting” and there has been no visible progress. I have used Rajabets before and previous withdrawals were successfully processed, but I have been facing this issue since last week. I contacted Rajabets customer support and was only told that my request is in queue, without any clear time frame or proper explanation. This has left my money blocked in the account while I wait indefinitely for verification, even though I have already provided valid documents. I request that my KYC documents be reviewed urgently, my verification completed without further delay, and my withdrawal for the full balance (more than 10,000 rupees) processed as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this prolonged delay despite submitting all the required documents.
