Qustodio removed app limits, how can I restore restrictions?

If Qustodio is no longer enforcing app limits, first confirm that the child's device is connected to the internet, the latest policy changes have synced successfully, and the app still has all required accessibility, usage access, and device administration permissions.

Restrictions can also stop working after an operating system update or if battery optimization prevents Qustodio from running in the background.

If the limits are still missing, open the parent dashboard to verify that the app rules are still enabled, then restart the child's device and force a policy sync if available.
