I am writing regarding an issue with a Quotex deposit that has not been fully credited to my trading balance.
On January 30, 2026, at 11:15 AM, I made a deposit using the bank payment option provided by Quotex. A one-time Globus Bank account was generated for me with the account number 5213910228 and the account name “saydigital”, for a total deposit amount of 129,471.00 NGN.
By mistake, I initially transferred 29,471.00 NGN to this account. As soon as I realized the error, I immediately sent the remaining 100,000.00 NGN to the same bank account details provided by Quotex.
However, when I checked my Quotex trading balance, only the first amount of 29,471.00 NGN was credited. The second transfer of 100,000.00 NGN has still not been reflected in my account balance.
I contacted Quotex customer support and was asked to provide the deposit ID from your system, which I did. On your side, the deposit ID only shows the 29,471.00 NGN transaction, reflected as 20.46 USD instead of the expected 90 USD, and I was informed that my account has already been credited.
This response does not address the second transfer of 100,000.00 NGN, which was sent to the same Globus Bank account. I have proof of both payments, including official receipts, yet my case remains unresolved and the missing amount has not been credited.
I respectfully request that you urgently investigate this matter, verify both transfers made to Globus Bank account 5213910228 (saydigital), and credit the missing 100,000.00 NGN to my Quotex trading balance as soon as possible.
I am fully prepared to provide all payment receipts and any additional documentation required to complete the verification process and resolve this issue promptly.
