I Face Missing Withdrawal on Quotex Despite Successful Transaction Notification

I previously deposited funds into my trading account on the Quotex platform. However, due to an issue with my account, I had to withdraw the funds. On Quotex, the withdrawal status shows that the transaction was successfully completed. But unfortunately, the money never arrived back in my Pay account, which I used for the initial payment.
I immediately contacted Quotex customer support to report the issue and provided all the necessary transaction details. I also contacted the Binan platform, which is linked to the payment process, to check whether there was a problem on their end. Despite all my efforts, I have received no resolution or helpful response from either platform.
It is unacceptable for a financial trading platform to leave customers without clear answers regarding their funds. I am very frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in resolving this serious issue.
I demand an immediate investigation and the return of my funds to my Pay account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action by filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.
I urge Quotex to take this matter seriously and restore my trust by resolving this issue without any further delay.
