I Face Failed Deposits and Missing ₺730 on Quotex Platform

I recently deposited funds into my Quotex account, but the process was a complete failure. Although ₺730 was withdrawn from my bank account, the deposit never showed up in my Quotex balance. I attempted four separate deposit transactions in total, and not a single one was successfully credited to my account. Despite the deposits failing, the money was still deducted from my bank account, leaving me without my funds and without access to trade.
I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I expect a financial platform like Quotex to be reliable and secure, especially when handling customers' money. Instead, I’m now dealing with missing funds and no explanation.
I demand that my ₺730 be refunded to my account immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints through all available consumer protection channels.
I urge Quotex to take responsibility and fix this issue as soon as possible. This level of service is unacceptable when dealing with people's hard-earned money.
