I Face Missing ₺5,900 Transfer to Quotex Despite Confirmed Bank Notification

My name is MA. I recently deposited ₺5,900 into Barbara Bank with the intention of transferring it to my Quotex trading account. I have all the necessary transaction notifications and hibernation alerts from the bank confirming the successful transfer. However, despite this, the funds have not been reflected in my Quotex account.
I immediately contacted Quotex customer support to resolve this problem, but they outright rejected my request and refused to investigate the issue. I even showed them the official transfer confirmation documents from Barbara Bank. This situation is incredibly frustrating and confusing.
When I contacted Barbara Bank about the matter, they told me that the funds were successfully sent and advised me to file a formal complaint against Quotex. I find it unacceptable that my funds are stuck between a bank and a trading platform, with neither side taking responsibility.
I demand that Quotex urgently investigate this issue and either credit the ₺5,900 to my trading account or return the funds to my bank account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter with legal authorities and file an official complaint. I expect accountability and transparency from a financial platform handling people’s hard-earned money.
