Clinimed Nişantaşı Fractional Laser Treatment Caused Burn-Like Marks and Skin Discoloration

Approximately one month ago, I underwent a fractional laser treatment on my face at Clinimed Nişantaşı. Following the procedure, permanent burn-like marks developed on one part of my face, while significant discoloration appeared on another area. As a result, my skin is now in a considerably worse condition than it was before the treatment. This experience has had a serious negative impact on me both physically and psychologically.

After experiencing these problems, I contacted Clinimed Nişantaşı and explained what had happened. However, my messages were simply marked as seen, and I received no response whatsoever. I am extremely dissatisfied not only with the outcome of the procedure but also with the clinic's indifferent and dismissive approach to my concerns.

For this reason, I request a full refund of the fee I paid for the fractional laser treatment. I also ask that my experience be taken seriously and that the clinic take the necessary precautions and care to ensure that other patients do not experience similar problems.
