Quizlet Plus Continues Showing Ads Despite My Paid Annual Subscription
In March, I purchased an annual Quizlet Plus subscription through the browser. I upgraded to this plan specifically to have an ad-free experience and to be able to use the Learning Mode more frequently and conveniently. However, despite having an active Plus subscription, I continue to see advertisements on the website promoting the so-called “unlimited version” of Quizlet Plus, as well as other unrelated advertisements.
I have already paid an annual subscription fee specifically for an ad-free experience. Therefore, it is unacceptable to continue showing me advertisements and then ask me to pay the full price again from the beginning in order to get rid of them. Charging the full annual subscription fee upfront and still displaying advertisements several months later is unfair to paying users and significantly undermines the value of the subscription.
I would like all advertisements and all promotional messages or redirects encouraging me to purchase the unlimited version to be completely removed while my Quizlet Plus subscription remains active. I expect to receive the full benefits and experience promised by the annual subscription fee I have already paid.
