Smallpdf Charged Me After Canceling Subscription – I Need This Stopped

I previously used Smallpdf, but I canceled my subscription and deleted my account. Despite this, Smallpdf is still trying to charge me 445,81₺!

I attempted to contact support via email, but I keep getting errors, and my messages won’t go through. Since my account doesn’t have enough balance, I keep receiving notifications about failed payment attempts. This is extremely frustrating—why is Smallpdf still trying to take money from me after I canceled?

I need this issue resolved immediately. Stop attempting to charge my account, and ensure that my subscription is fully canceled. Smallpdf, fix this now, or I will take further action!
