QuillBot Charged Me for Premium But Stopped Giving Access

Do not ever, ever purchase QuillBot’s premium service. It is a complete waste of money. At first, everything seems fine—you get access to the premium features for a couple of weeks, and you think you’re getting what you paid for. But then, out of nowhere, when you try to log in, QuillBot suddenly doesn’t recognize you as a premium user anymore. The worst part? They still keep charging you every month as if you’re using the service! No matter how many times you try to contact customer support, you either get no response or the same generic replies that don’t fix anything. It’s beyond frustrating. If you’re thinking about upgrading to premium, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.
