Purisaki.com Fraudulent Charge and Refund Request
On June 17, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $65 from Purisaki.com on the debit card linked to my Yapı Kredi bank account. According to my account activity, it appeared as if I had made a purchase from this website. However, I have no connection to Purisaki.com, have never visited the site, and have never authorized or placed any order with this company.
I request an immediate refund of the $65 that was charged without my permission. I also ask that my debit card security be reviewed and that an investigation be conducted into how my card information was used. Please take the necessary steps to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions from occurring in the future and provide me with a written explanation of your findings.
