I am a PUBG Mobile player from Turkey and I play on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. My account was stolen and I can no longer access it. My in‑game ID is 5235374*** and my nickname is “mr AKTAŞ”. On the evening of 21 March 2026, I last logged in to my account normally, and afterwards I realized that my account had been taken over and my access was blocked. My PUBG Mobile account was linked simultaneously with my Google account, my phone login and my Apple ID. I now cannot access the account through any of these methods. I want my stolen account to be recovered and my access restored, and I also want the phone number associated with the account to be changed, because I believe the current information is in the hands of third parties. I have already contacted PUBG Mobile support, as well as the linked platforms, but I have not received any response so far. I have invested approximately ₺50–60 thousandin this account and I do not want to lose the progress and purchases I have made over a long period of time. I request that my PUBG Mobile account be urgently reviewed, that access be restored to me as the rightful owner, that the contact phone number on the account be updated in my favor, and that all security measures be taken to prevent further unauthorized access.
