My PUBG Mobile Account Was Hijacked — Support Won’t Help

I am writing regarding my PUBG Mobile account, which was stolen on January 30, 2026, at around 10:00 PM. My account was linked through WhatsApp login, and after the theft I have not been able to access it again despite my attempts.

Before it was stolen, my account had significant in-game value and I had made approximately $2,520 worth of purchases, including various items and advantages I earned over time. My player ID is 51790569202 and my region/server was Turkey.

After realizing that my account had been stolen, I tried to recover it from another device and through different access methods, but I was unable to regain control of the account. I have not yet been able to reach PUBG Mobile support or receive any assistance about this issue.

I request that my stolen account linked via WhatsApp be investigated in detail, access to it by third parties be blocked, and the account be restored to me with all its in-game purchases and progress preserved. I kindly ask you to contact me and help resolve this situation as soon as possible, as there is a very large financial and emotional value attached to this account.
