I Face Unfair Matchmaking in PUBG Due to FPS Advantage

In PUBG, players with lower FPS values are constantly at a disadvantage, and it creates an unfair gaming experience. Those who play with 120 FPS devices have a significant edge over players using devices with lower frame rates. If PUBG truly cared about fairness, players should be matched based on their FPS power. For example, 120 FPS players should only face each other, while 45, 60, or 90 FPS players should be grouped separately according to their refresh rates.

This would create a level playing field for everyone, but instead, the current system exploits players’ weaknesses. Without the dominance of 120 FPS users and in-game purchases driven by this imbalance, the game wouldn’t be nearly as popular. PUBG could easily implement an algorithm that ensures equal conditions, just like how emulator players are matched only with other emulator players.

If such a system were in place, 120 FPS users would finally begin to complain about fairness too, and the endless cycle of imbalance would end. Right now, the game thrives on exploiting players’ disadvantages rather than providing a fair competitive environment.
