Pronet Password Panel Not Working, It's Not Safe
Pronet Is Not Safe! You cannot change the password with the Password Panel by yourself! Even though the technical service comes and tries to change the password with the password panel at least 5 times just for this, they cannot change the password via the panel. You have to share your password with the person who comes to the technical service and the person who makes the update in the center. They says this needs server update ! Moreover, although I have made the necessary applications to cancel, my subscription is still not canceled. Since I have no internet since June 4th, they keep interrupting even though they do not provide any service! A sticky nuisance Pronet!

Pronet called us, but we haven't reached the desired outcome yet. We want to cancel our contract, but they are talking about a 14,000 TL penalty fee. Their own technical team had already dismantled and taken the camera in May. The camera hasn't been used for months. They are trying to forcibly collect payment for a service we haven't received. We haven't made any progress. They are still fixated on providing technical support and sending a team.

We thought that today's survey was related to the phone conversation with Mr. Veysel. They didn't say it was about the process on the phone.
