I was using PrimeXBT’s Copy Trade feature, and it was quite useful, especially since I’m new to trading. However, I suddenly started getting a constant “Insufficient Balance” error, even though I have enough funds in my account. I reported the issue to PrimeXBT, but I still haven’t received any response. If this error keeps happening and I can’t use the service, then I want my deposited money back. It’s unacceptable to experience such issues without proper customer support. PrimeXBT, fix this issue immediately or process my refund! Has anyone else faced this problem?
