Prime Opinion Refuses To Pay Out Rewards Already Approved To Be Claimed

I have been using the Prime Opinion mobile app and website for some time and have successfully cashed out almost 100 dollars or more in the past from my account registered with the email address shawncox4***@gmail.com. Recently, I reached a balance of 17 dollars, and when I tried to cash out, the app and website only kept loading and then showed a technical error message instead of processing the payout. This issue started on April 19th, 2026. Since then, every time I attempt to cash out my rewards, I receive the same technical error. I initially contacted Prime Opinion support about this, but I did not receive any response for a few days. I only received a reply after I left a complaint about the app on the Google Play Store. In their reply, they stated they would fix the issue, but as of now, nothing has been resolved, and I am still unable to withdraw my balance. I am disappointed that a simple technical problem preventing withdrawal of my legitimately earned rewards has not been resolved despite my attempts to communicate with support. I request that my full 17‑dollar balance be paid out to me without any further delay and that this issue be permanently fixed. After receiving my payout, I would like to end my use of the app.
