I Keep Losing Unfairly on Pragmatic Games and Lost Everything I Own
For the past 3 years, I’ve played games from Pragmatic and have consistently noticed signs of manipulation and unfair play. During this time, I have lost ₺3.3 trillion. I sold my house, car, watch, and even four pet birds just to keep playing, hoping to recover some of my losses. But every time, the outcome is the same—I lose.
These games feel rigged, especially certain ones like J*, where I’ve lost massive sums. You might win ₺10, but you’ll lose ₺60 right after. In the past two weeks alone, I deposited ₺50,000 across 9 different sessions, and it vanished. The results never improve. It’s a clear pattern—they always win, we always lose.
Whenever I raise this with customer service, they just dismiss it with “You’re going through a streak of bad luck.” But it’s been three years—how long is this “streak” supposed to last?
These platforms are predatory and lack any transparency. I no longer trust gambling sites, especially those running Pragmatic games, and I urge others to stay away. I demand a thorough investigation into these games’ algorithms and a formal explanation from the company.

That’s where the cheating happens. How is it possible that I never get 500X or hit anything? Sometimes I know I’ve taken 10 billion or 20 billion spins, and even then it only goes up to 1 or 2 billion. Getting up to 2 billion is already 25X, which is a huge amount of money, but unfortunately, they are all scammers and cheaters. I sold everything because of this gambling, I lost everything because of this gambling. Writing your complaint here won’t change anything, people will just see it and maybe give up these games. Because if I had read these comments and complaints, I swear I wouldn’t have deposited even 1 TL here, until I lost everything. In these games, there is no X other than 2X, there is only losing. There is absolutely no such thing as winning, I am sure of that. 4 years, 4 trillion lost.
