Postegro Private Account Access Not Granted, Won't Show Anything

downloaded this app, thinking I could get access to private accounts, but was I let down. It does nothing different than regular profile visits... If the service can't give me what it said it would, why am I getting charged for it? Why did I even invest in this payment if I can't use the perks? I'm just wondering why nobody has done anything about this problem. I'm really worried about the lack of communication and resolution also. They take the money and just forget about the rest... I've got the payment confirmation that shows I've done my part. it's your job to come through and deliver the services I paid for?
