Honor Magic 8 Lite Bottom Speaker Stopped Working
I purchased my Honor Magic 8 Lite smartphone about two months ago. Shortly after buying it, the bottom speaker developed a blown speaker issue, and I have been forced to use the phone in this condition ever since.
When I contacted Honor to ask about the problem, I was told that there is no authorized service center in İzmir, so they could not assist me. I also have not been able to find a replacement bottom speaker anywhere in İzmir, and I was not given any guidance on how to obtain the part.
My only request is to receive a replacement bottom speaker. Once the part is available, I can have it installed locally. It is very disappointing to experience this type of hardware failure on such a new phone, and the lack of replacement parts has left me without a practical solution. I respectfully request that the bottom speaker be supplied and sent to me as soon as possible.
