Pocket eSIM Unlimited Plan Has Extremely Slow Internet

I purchased an unlimited eSIM plan from Pocket eSIM on May 30, 2026, and activated the line on May 31, 2026. However, despite the plan being unlimited and my data usage not even reaching 1 GB, the internet speed is extremely slow. In particular, video uploads are so slow that the service is almost completely unusable.

Because of this speed issue, I am unable to use the plan for its intended purpose. When I contacted Pocket eSIM through WhatsApp, I was told that I could not receive a refund because the plan had already been activated. However, refusing to issue a refund despite providing such slow and unusable service after activation has caused me significant inconvenience.

I am requesting a full refund from Pocket eSIM for the service I have been unable to use.
