Pocket eSIM North Macedonia Package Cannot Be Installed

I purchased an eSIM package for North Macedonia through Pocket eSIM. I made the purchase on February 20, and when I tried to install and use the eSIM today, I discovered that my device does not support eSIM technology, so I was unable to complete the installation. Since I could not install the eSIM, I was unable to use the package in any way.
Although I was unable to use the service at all, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask Pocket eSIM to resolve this issue and compensate me for this inconvenience as soon as possible.
