Plus It Network Upgrade – Low Quality Materials and Poor Installation

I recently had Plus It update the network infrastructure in our office, expecting a professional and high-quality service. However, I was disappointed to find that the materials used were not up to standard. Although they promised to install Cat 6 cables, the cables provided are only Cat 5 quality. Additionally, the cable ducts are extremely fragile, breaking even with a light touch. The workmanship was also careless and did not meet my expectations for a professional job. Given these issues, I am concerned about potential problems in the long run. I believe that such low-quality work is unacceptable both technically and ethically. I kindly request that my concerns be addressed, the materials used be inspected, and the necessary corrections be made to resolve this situation. I expect Plus It to take responsibility and ensure customer satisfaction.

Mr. Selçuk Yağmur from Plus IT updated our office’s network infrastructure, but they really used very poor-quality materials. They said they would install Cat 6 cables, but unfortunately the cables used are Cat 5. The cable ducts are so low quality that they break even when you touch them by hand.

While we expected a professional job, the opposite happened. Both the material quality is very low and the workmanship is careless. It is clear that we will have problems in the long term this way. I believe such low-quality work is unacceptable both technically and ethically.

I request that our grievance be resolved, the materials used be checked, and the necessary corrections be made.
