I Lost Internet After Superonline Damaged TurkNet Line

I use TurkNet internet service, which operates over Türk Telekom infrastructure. On July 23, 2025, during fiber infrastructure work carried out in our apartment building by Turkcell Superonline, the main internet cable was accidentally severed. Since then, I have had no internet access.
This issue has seriously disrupted both my daily life and professional responsibilities. I rely on a stable internet connection to work from home, attend meetings, and manage routine tasks—and this ongoing outage is unacceptable. I have experienced repeated disconnections and unstable connections since the incident.
A company offering internet service is responsible for providing reliable, uninterrupted access to its users. The level of negligence shown here is completely unacceptable. I’m asking for this situation to be resolved immediately and for TurkNet and Superonline to take full responsibility for restoring the connection and preventing such issues in the future.
