PlayStation Won't Refund My Son's Purchases By Mistake
Accidental purchases from the PlayStation Store were not refunded by the PlayStation Store. The reason was that the process was too long. He made the purchases by mistake. But despite this, we didn't get any support, there's nothing to do. But I didn't expect a return like this. I expected them to help me at least at some point. I expected at least some of the purchases to be refunded, but they didn't even do that. After all, it's an online game, a virtual reality and everything is done with a button. Shouldn't there be a margin for error?
