I Face Game Refund Refusal on PlayStation and Can’t Reach Customer Support

I purchased a game from the PlayStation Store, and although it initially ran smoothly, I realized I did not enjoy it and decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, when I contacted PlayStation support, they refused to process my refund.

Unlike other platforms such as Steam, which allow refunds under fair conditions, PlayStation has made this process unnecessarily complicated and unhelpful. The refund button on the website leads nowhere, and I could not reach support via email. I find it unacceptable that a company of this size cannot provide basic consumer rights, especially when users give honest feedback and rate the game poorly.

This has caused me financial disappointment and emotional frustration, as I paid for a product I no longer wish to use. I expect PlayStation to reconsider its refund policy and allow players the flexibility to return digital games they are not satisfied with.

I explicitly request a full refund for my recent game purchase and clear communication from customer support.
