Recently, my son accidentally made an excessive in-game purchase on Valorant through our PlayStation Türkiye account. We immediately submitted a refund request and created incident reports to explain the situation. Instead of resolving the issue, PlayStation Türkiye suspended our entire account without notice.

This has caused us serious frustration and financial loss. I have spent considerable amounts purchasing Valorant and other games over time. Now, my entire account—where I have made multiple legitimate purchases—is frozen, leaving us unable to access the content we paid for.

Despite our repeated attempts to reach PlayStation support, no one has contacted us to resolve the issue. We feel ignored and mistreated as loyal customers. If our account is going to remain suspended over an accidental purchase, I demand a full refund for every game and in-game content we purchased.

I expect PlayStation Türkiye to investigate this matter fairly, reinstate our account, or refund the full amount we spent on this platform.

PSN Turkey first opened the account, now they are closing the account again and asking us for a PlayStation Store gift card. What does it mean to open and close an account for a month? What kind of system is this? First the child was happy, now he is crying again. May our rights be forbidden to all PSN employees who read this.
