Xbox Store Does Not Accept Returns For Products That I Can Never Use
I made a large purchase from their website on 27.11.23 with order number 4258977244. I bought Xbox games without paying attention when buying games from stores. I wanted to return it immediately. After about five minutes, "Customers can receive a limited number of refunds each year, and you've reached your limit for this year." The request was rejected with such a ridiculous excuse. Then he called the call center and told me that there was a form I had to fill out for such situations and that the refund right was 100 dollars. Since my purchase was less than 100 dollars, I was thinking that everything would be refunded. But I just received an e-mail saying that half of my orders were refunded and the rest were not refundable due to the "limit" they mentioned. What kind of logic and policy is this? How can I return games that I won't play because I don't have a console? If I have reached my limit this year due to the "purchased product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days" rule, how will I return these games next year? I have never encountered a situation where I was so victimized in my life. This is a completely ridiculous approach that victimizes the consumer. When I look at the statistics here, there are not many cases that they have resolved, but my complaint will remain here for others.
