Planet Fitness Opening Hours Change Based On The Staff

whenever I attempt to go to the gym, there's always some problem with the staff. Dealing with the everyday inconveniences of understaffed front desks and limited trainer availability…well, if I wasn’t paying there to get service, I wouldn’t be so unhappy but I buy this stuff and I’m not happy with waiting at the door for the person who’ll come and open the door. I expect the club manager to be aware of this but nope, it happened quite often for the last month, there is no one to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. It’s understaffed or unable to meet our needs. My membership ends soon so I won2t have to deal with this but still, for all the times I lost, not happy.
