Planet Fitness Membership Refund Delay
I asked for a refund of the remaining amount of my Planet Fitness membership dues in November when I canceled my membership. The gym manager and customer care representative I spoke with on my most recent visit both guaranteed that I would receive a full refund within two months. I still haven't had my money returned, though, because they broke their promise. Despite their acknowledgment of last week's email, I have yet to hear back from them, either positively or negatively. The value of my money is steadily declining as a result of the increasing inflation following the pandemic. It is imperative that you promptly return my payment.
