I'm Demanding a $21 Refund After PicsArt Billed Me the Wrong Plan

June 2 11:58 AM

While trying to start the 3-day free trial on PicsArt and only make use of the roughly $0.36-per-week package, I discovered the next day that a charge of $21 had been made from my account through the Apple App Store on June 1, 2026, at 8:50 PM, listed as an annual subscription fee. My intention was only to use the weekly package and the free trial period; I absolutely had no intention of, or gave any consent to, purchasing an annual subscription.
This transaction appears to have taken place without my knowledge or consent. Even though I didn't want to switch to the annual plan and specifically chose the weekly package, I don't accept the $21 annual fee being charged from my account. For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the $21 payment, which I believe was charged without my permission. I kindly ask that no fee other than the weekly package I intended to purchase be charged to me, and that my subscription be corrected accordingly.
