PicsArt Charged Me $21 Despite Only Selecting the Free Trial Option

June 14 3:39 PM

Even though I selected the three-day free trial in the PicsArt app and never gave any subscription approval, a charge of approximately $21 was taken from my card through the App Store on my iPhone on June 10th. I noticed the charge on June 11th while checking my account transactions, and this occurred completely without my consent.
The payment was charged to my Kuveyt Türk bank credit card. I never accepted any confirmation screen indicating I was switching to a paid subscription — I had only selected the free trial. Despite this, I believe a subscription fee was taken from me without my approval.
I spoke with Apple support regarding this matter, but the conversation didn't lead to any result, and no refund was provided. There is also currently no active PicsArt subscription showing under the App Store subscriptions section. For all these reasons, I am requesting that the approximately $21 charged without my knowledge or consent be fully and promptly refunded to my Kuveyt Türk credit card.
