PicsArt Charged Me $21 Before My Free Trial Even Ended
Regarding the free trial period I started for the PicsArt app through the App Store, an earlier and higher charge than I expected was made to my card. My free trial started Friday night, but even before the trial period had ended, an annual subscription fee of $21 was charged from my account on Monday morning.
I normally expected to receive a warning or notification close to the end of the free trial period, but I received no notification at all. I consider being charged before the trial period even ended, without any reminder, to be both misleading and a situation that has caused me harm. I don't accept this membership being charged this way, without my consent or knowledge.
My request from PicsArt is that the full $21 charged from my card be refunded, and that the annual plan/subscription be canceled immediately. I want this problem I've experienced to be resolved as soon as possible.
