I have been using the Pi Network mobile app for about seven years, and for more than one year, my coin transfers have not been processed. My account currently shows a total of 797 Pi coins, of which 340 are locked. The remaining 339 coins have not been deposited into my balance despite the app stating that transfers would occur automatically.
During this delay, the value of my coins has dropped dramatically—three months ago, they were worth around ₺20,000, but now their value has fallen to about ₺6,000. I have kept my app updated and contacted the support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or solution. My account is @n*.
Although no additional fees were requested, this situation has caused me significant time loss and financial harm. I am demanding that Pi Network immediately complete the transfer of my coins and resolve this issue without further delay. Users who have invested years in the platform should not be left ignored and unable to access their accumulated balance.
