OKX 1706 Pi Balance Locked for 3 More Years Without Warning

On September 12, 2025, at 04:18, my 1706 Pi balance, which was supposed to be unlocked, suddenly appeared as locked again for another 3 years without any explanation. I noticed this issue when I attempted to transfer funds from my OKX TR account wallet.
No warning or notification appeared in the application regarding this extended lock period. I also tried to contact customer support, but I could not find any effective support channel, and I have not received any help regarding my issue.
I request a clear explanation as to why the lock period was extended and demand that my locked balance be released immediately. I expect a proper justification for this extended lock and a resolution to my grievance.
