I purchased Phyto Color hair and beard dye, believing it to be a natural, plant-based product as advertised. However, after using it, my skin became severely irritated and developed burns. This level of reaction is completely unacceptable, and I strongly suspect that the product is either not original or contains undisclosed harsh chemicals.
I am extremely dissatisfied and deeply concerned about the safety of this product. It is marketed as a gentle, plant-based formula, yet it caused severe skin damage. If no immediate action is taken to address this issue and compensate for my suffering, I will proceed with legal action.
