Can't Access Phyto Native Club – Unable to Use My Points
I can’t log into the Phyto Native Club app, and as a result, I can’t use my accumulated points. I have been collecting these points for a long time, and now they are stuck with no way to redeem them.
I have always loved using Phyto hair dyes, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. There is no clear communication about what’s happening with the app, and I feel like loyal customers are being left without support.
Phyto, I need an answer now! Who should I contact regarding this issue? Fix the login problem and allow us to use our points! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a solution immediately.
