I Face Reduced Features and Declining Quality With My Photoroom Pro Subscription
I am a paid Pro subscriber of the Photoroom application. When I initially purchased this subscription, it was clearly marketed as a comprehensive package offering a wide range of features, many of which were described as unlimited and included without additional charges. However, over time, I have observed that the scope of the Pro package has significantly decreased, and the overall quality of the service has noticeably declined.
Features that were originally included in the Pro plan are now either restricted or require additional payment. At the same time, the performance and output quality of the application have not improved—on the contrary, even free AI-based tools available on the market now deliver better results than this paid service.
As a long-term paying user, I also feel that the platform is pushing existing subscribers toward higher-priced plans while gradually reducing the value of the current subscription. This creates an unfair situation where loyal users are expected to pay more for features that were once included.
I subscribed to the Pro plan based on the original promise of unlimited, high-quality service. Therefore, I request that my subscription be honored under those original terms. Specifically, I expect the Pro package to be restored or updated to provide the full, unrestricted, and high-quality service that was initially advertised, without additional fees or limitations.
