Wingo.site Withdrawal Blocked - PhonePe UPI Deposit Stuck

I am writing to report a serious problem I am facing with the website Wingo.site/home regarding my withdrawals. On 05-02-2026, I started experiencing an issue where I am unable to withdraw my money from the platform. At the moment, an amount of 10,000 is stuck and I cannot get it back. I deposited this 10,000 using UPI through PhonePe, and the money was successfully taken from my account, but when I try to withdraw it from Wingo.site/home, the withdrawal does not go through. I have not received any error explanation, refund, or assistance, and my funds remain blocked in my account on the site. So far, I have not been able to reach or contact any effective customer support from Wingo.site/home about this issue. I request that my withdrawal be processed immediately, or my money be refunded to the original payment method without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of why my withdrawal has been blocked so that this problem does not happen again.
