Unauthorized Transaction Debited From My Account

On 5 September 2026 I noticed an unauthorized AutoPay deduction of 599 ₹ to Masteredu AI while checking my PhonePe statement. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service, nor did I give consent for any recurring AutoPay payment to this company. This is the first time such an unauthorized transaction has occurred on my account. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this matter. I request that this unauthorized payment of 599 ₹ dated 5 September 2026 be fully refunded and that any AutoPay or recurring payment mandate related to Masteredu AI be cancelled immediately so that similar deductions do not happen again.
