Cancel Masteredu AI UPI AutoPay Subscription and Refund
To the Masteredu AI Support Team, On 04 August 2026, an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my IDFC FIRST Bank account via UPI AutoPay through PhonePe for a payment to Masteredu AI. The transaction shows as successful, with UTR number 128320532166 and transaction ID OLEX2608041626223619043726. I did not intend to continue any subscription with Masteredu AI and did not knowingly authorize this AutoPay renewal. I am not aware of the exact plan name associated with this deduction and request that you identify the related subscription using the transaction details provided. I kindly request that you cancel the associated subscription immediately, stop all future UPI AutoPay deductions, and process a full refund of ₹599 to my original payment method at the earliest. I also request written confirmation of the subscription cancellation and refund by email. Thank you for your assistance.
