Unauthorized PhonePe Payment – ₹699 Deducted for an Mohalla Tech Subscription

On 3 November, an amount of ₹699 was deducted from my account via PhonePe in favour of Mohalla Tech Private Limited as a subscription payment. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service or plan from Mohalla Tech Private Limited, and this charge occurred without me clicking on any link or performing any action to authorize such a payment. The transaction for ₹699 on 3 November to Mohalla Tech Private Limited is clearly visible in my PhonePe history, and I am reachable and identifiable through my mobile number 76674810**, which I use on PhonePe. Since this payment is unauthorized and I did not receive or request any subscription service in return, I consider this deduction wrongful. I request that Mohalla Tech Private Limited urgently review this matter and immediately refund the full amount of ₹699 to my original payment method, as I never authorized this subscription or payment.
