PhonePe UPI Account Frozen for Months, Unable to Access Funds

I have a personal UPI account with PhonePe which has been blocked and kept in a frozen status by the bank for the last 5–6 months. Despite this long duration, my account has still not been unblocked or removed from freeze status. When I used to send money through this account, the transaction screen showed a “field” type error and after that my account became blocked and frozen without any clear reason being given. I was only told something related to registering my phone number, but no proper explanation or detailed reason was shared with me. My registered mobile number has not changed and is the same number that is linked with my PhonePe UPI account. Because of this block/freeze, I have faced problems many times while sending and receiving money, and an amount of 200 rupees has got stuck in the account. I request that my PhonePe UPI account be immediately unblocked and removed from freeze status so that I can use it normally again. I also request that the 200 rupees stuck due to this issue be made available in my account.
