PhonePe Unauthorized AutoPay Deduction From India Post Payments Bank Account

I am writing to raise a complaint about an unauthorized AutoPay payment of ₹699 made through my PhonePe account on 17/09/2026. I did not make this transaction and I did not authorize any AutoPay for this payment. The amount of ₹699 was debited from my India Post Payments Bank account linked to PhonePe. Since this payment was made without my knowledge or consent, I consider it an unauthorized transaction and a serious security concern. I request PhonePe to immediately investigate this unauthorized AutoPay payment, reverse the transaction in full, and refund the ₹699 to my India Post Payments Bank account as soon as possible. I also request that any related AutoPay mandate be cancelled so that such unauthorized deductions do not happen again in the future. I expect a quick resolution and a clear confirmation of the refund and the deactivation of any unauthorized AutoPay setup.
