PhonePe Unauthorized AutoPay Charge to MasterEduAI

Today around 3 PM I noticed that an amount of ₹599 was debited from my account through AutoPay in favour of “mastereduai.cfp@axisbank” via PhonePe. I did not authorize this AutoPay and I had no prior information or consent regarding this recurring charge. As soon as I realized this, I deleted/disabled the AutoPay mandate from my account to prevent any further unauthorized debits. Despite this, one transaction of ₹599 has already gone through without my knowledge or permission. I request that the ₹599 taken through this unauthorized AutoPay be fully refunded to me. In addition, I ask that this matter be investigated in detail, my account and payment instruments be kept secure, and that any similar unauthorized AutoPay or future charges related to this be permanently blocked so that such an incident does not happen again.
