PhonePe Payment Successful but pm-betting Locked Funds

On April 3, 2026, at around 1:00 PM, I deposited 550 INR into my account on pm-betting.com using PhonePe. After completing the payment, the amount was not added to my usable balance; instead, it was placed into a “temporary locked bonus” status, where it still remains.

Because of this restriction, I am unable to use my own money in my account as expected. I contacted pm-betting.com customer support today regarding this issue, but they did not provide any clear explanation or effective solution, and the funds remain locked. My account is registered and accessed via my phone number.

I request that the full amount of 550 INR be immediately released from the “temporary locked bonus” status and credited to my usable balance so that I can use it freely as intended. I also request a clear written explanation of why this issue occurred and assurance that it will not happen again.
