4rabet Failed to Credit My ₹30,000 PhonePe Deposits

I made two UPI deposits today into my 4rabet casino account via PhonePe, one for 20,000 and another for 10,000, a total of 30,000. Both payments were successfully debited from my PhonePe and my bank, and I have the transaction details and screenshots, but the 30,000 has still not been reflected in my 4rabet casino balance even after around three hours. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue, but so far they only repeat that a ticket has been raised and that they are “monitoring” the issue, without giving any clear resolution or specific timeline. Meanwhile, my money is stuck and I cannot use the casino balance. I request that my full 30,000 deposit (20,000 + 10,000) be credited to my 4rabet account balance as soon as possible, or otherwise that you provide an immediate and clear resolution for this payment issue.
