With Marathon Ultimate XB9155/07 Vacuum, Philips Breaks 5-year Warranty
Hello, I purchased a Philips Marathon Ultimate XB9155/07 vacuum cleaner in 2020. I used Philips' KAYDOL-KAZAN app to extend the product's warranty to 5 years. When I applied to the Philips service center in Kutahya/Merkez on 11/01/2023, they stated that they had no information from the KAYDOL-KAZAN app and could only provide the service at an additional charge. When I contacted Philips Customer Service, they directed me to the KAYDOL-KAZAN section for Philips Home Appliances via WhatsApp (545*********59). I messaged the provided WhatsApp number but did not receive a response. There used to be a level of seriousness and customer value in businesses; if you aren't willing to stand behind your product and promises, don't make grand promises to customers as if mocking them. I'm not sure why I extended the warranty for another 5 years. I'm hoping to get a response here.
